Cosas basicas que deberias de saber (salud)

-En caso de ahogo, lo mejor sería tumbar a la persona en cuestión y presionar su pecho repetidas veces.

-Esguince de tobillo , bajar la inflamación con ayuda de geles fríos hielo y manteniendo el pie en alto cada 2 o 3 horas, habiendo vendado este antes.Debe estar vendado al menos 4 o 5 días teniendo mucho reposo, utilizando muletas para no forzar el tobilllo.

-En caso de diarrea,Toma mucho líquido para no deshidratarte el agua y las bebidas energéticaspara recuperar sales minerales. Las comidas deben de ser pequeñas y de alimentos blancos como arroz, cereales pollo a la plancha pescados blancos.Si la diarrea es más grave debemos ir al médico y que nos mande lo que necesitemos.

-En caso de accidente de tráfico, primero alertar a Emergencias y a la polic­ía.

-Infarto cardiaco.Colocamos a la víctima tumbada en el suelo, abrimos sus ropas destapando el pecho, llamamos a emergencias. Si no respira y su corazón no late hay que presionar el centro del pecho con ambas manos, y después insuflar aire dos veces, con la boca totalmente abierta, así una 100 veces por minuto.

-Tecnica del torniquete:Ponte unos guantes de látex para minimizar el riesgo de transmitir una enfermedad. Reúne estos materiales: un pañuelo o corbata y un palo que no se rompa. Ata el vendaje con una gasa alrededor de la extremidad correspondiente entre la herida y el corazón lo más cerca posible de la herida, pero por encima de la rodilla o del codo. Utiliza un nudo simple .Coloca el palo en la parte superior del nudo y ata un segundo nudo en el palo.Gira el palo hasta que estire el vendaje apretando lo suficiente como para detener el sangrado.Ata los extremos de la venda alrededor de la extremidad y asegura el palo con una gasa.

Esos exámenes finales; a la vez tan queridos pero a la vez tan temidos..
Todo estudiante teme y a la vez tiene ganas de que lleguen esos exámenes finales , ya que significan el fin del curso "la libertad de nuestra mente" respecto a esas asignaturas que nos tienen durante 3 trimestres atados y preocupados por conseguir su aprobado.

Cada uno tiene su "método" para afrontarlos:

-Está el/la que se engaña a sí mismo/a pensando que los va a aprobar sin estudiar

-También tenemos al que lo afronta su futuro y se prepara para quedarse sin verano ya que le van a quedar "unas pocas".

-Y ya por último a los trabajadores que aunque los temen estudian y van a por todas , a por ese ansiado aprobado con nota.

Seguro que algunos de vosotros conocerá algún método mas pero para mi estos han sido el top 3 a destacar.Si sé que estos exámenes finales son algunos difíciles,otros no tanto.. pero en conclusión es que hay que estudiar e ir a aprobarlos ya que eso decidirá tu futuro.

These final exams; simultaneously so dear but simultaneously so been afraid.. Every student is afraid and simultaneously it has desire from which these final examinations come, since they mean the end of the course " the freedom of our mind " with regard to these subjects that have us during 3 quarters tied and worried for obtaining his pass.

Each one has his "method" to confront them: 

- There is the one that deceives itself to yes same / same thinking that it is going to approve them without studying

 - Also we have the one that it confronts his future and prepares itself to still have him without summer since some are going to still have him " few ones ". 

- And already finally to the workers who though they are afraid of them study and go for all, for this longed pass with note.

Sure that some of you it will know some method mas but for my these have been the top 3 to standing out. If I know that these final examinations are some difficult, different not so much .. but in conclusion it is that it is necessary to study and be going to approve them since it will decide your future

Cuando era una niña, ví una película en la que un hombre se enamoraba de la protagonista sin que ella le correspondiera y se veía obligada a rechazarle. Aquello me traumatizó y durante mucho tiempo pensé que de todas las ecuaciones posibles que podían darse en el amor, sin duda, no habría ninguna peor que esa.

-He escogido este párrafo en concreto de unos de sus posts porque me ha parecido muy  interesante la comparación y reflexión que hace sobre el amor y las matemáticas.

-Pienso que la persona que escribe este blog es una mujer , la cual , es sensible , creativa y tiene una visión original de la vida .

- Me gusta la foto que tiene puesta en su blog porque da a entender que abramos los ojos ante el mundo y no nos damos cuenta de lo que ocurre ,ya que vivimos con los ojos cerrados.

The Isabel ´s History

Aqui les dejo la historia de Isabel Cabrera una profesora de inglés en practica a la cual tuve la suerte de entrevistar la semana pasada . Aqui les dejo su historia...

Isabel Cabrera es profesora de inglés que ha estudiado en la Universidad de Córdoba, UCO, está haciendo un MASTER en nuestro instituto para poder ser profesora de Inglés.
Para ella, Selectividad fue duro, pero la nota de corte para estudiar Filología Inglesa no era muy alta, un 5.9 .
En la universidad, ella estudió asignaturas como gramática, historia (Inglaterra, EEUU, India, Canadá, etc), traducción e interpretación,etc.

 Dice que no le gustaría estudiar ninguna carrera más, pero querría presentarse para las oposiciones para ser profesora de inglés. Le gustaría ser profesora de inglés, pero si no fuera imposible, le gustaría hacer algo relacionado con la traducción.
